每天多听英语资料，只许三个月，你就会发现自己能听懂了。

3、想象的原则 Do it as you want do
首先放松自己的身体和心灵，进行想象训练，身心都已经很放松，头脑会变得非常清楚，注意力集中，大脑就开始进去了适合学习的充满α波的状态，秩序听英语资料，边想象边学习。

4、朗读和背诵的原则 Reading as much as you can
每天的朗读对英语学习是很重要的，每天的朗读一定要发出声音，争取把他们背下来，坚持努力，记忆力会发生变化。

5、改善听觉的原则 Listening is the most difficult
用手捂住一只耳朵，能够听到体内振动音，朗读时按住耳朵能够增强听力。

6、快速看、听、读的学习原则 Use your head together
速视和速听能够开发右脑的记忆，使你过目不忘。
Make yourself quick to read and learn something by heart.
7、深层听觉 (用无意识状态的大脑学习)原则 Learn English freely
一边听英语资料，一边把听到的东西写下来，把听了很多遍听不懂的内容空在一边，全部听完之后，再对照原文。
