I was in poor health several years ago. The doctor suggested that I should run for exercise in the morning. But the first day I began to run, I felt so tired. I didn‘t want to go on. Just then, a voice told me, "Don‘t give up! "Then I kept on running. At last I arrived at the destination. I felt very proud of myself. From then on, I persisted in running in the morning.
