M: I was really upset about those fee increases last year, I seethe facilities, I have to admit that the money was well spent.

W: I agree.

M: Oh, there is a fully equipped acrobatics room.

W: Oh, it's so fun. I didn’t even see that when I came in.

M: I saw all kinds of things that I wouldn't know how to use.

W: Hey! I could show you some basic techniques if you'd like.

M: Yes, I'm pretty hopeful this time. I've just finished mysecond interview with this company.

W: That sounds great. I hope it works out for you. But wasn't itexpensive just getting here?

M: No, in fact the company is paying all my expenses. They'veput me up in a hotel downtown.

W: How nice! How many people are they interviewing?

M: They interviewed 16 the first time, and now four of us werechosen to go back for this interview.

W: Well, I hope it goes well. John and I would love it if youcame to this area to work.

M: I would too. But my girlfriend doesn't want to leave herfamily. She hopes I find a job close to home.

W: Oh, What a decision. Good luck.

Once Smith, a traveler, was wet and cold because he hadbeen riding in the rain. At last he reached a country in whichwas so crowded with people that he could not get near the firethere. So he called out to the innkeeper. "Take some fish to myhorse!” The innkeeper answered, "But a horse doesn't eatfish!' Smith then said, "Never mind, do as I tell you." Thecrowd of people, hearing this strange order, ran out to see thehorse eat fish. The traveler, now having the whole room tohimself, sat down beside the fire and warmed himself.

When the innkeeper came back with the crowd of people, hesaid, "Your horse wouldn't eat fish!' The traveler answered,"Put it on the table, and when I have quite dried my clothes, Iwill eat it myself."
